Choose the membership category that best describes your involvement in photography and printmaking. Your membership in AaI&A is an honor system because all members have access to the same materials and services. AaI&A cannot enforce the fee structure, but the intent is to help share the costs of this research according to its likely significance to one's job related activities.

Membership Rights and Responsibilities

I understand that my subscription fee enrolls me as a member of the Aardenburg Imaging & Archives Digital Print Research Program for one year and is non refundable. The subscription fee grants one year access to all members-only features on the AaI&A website regardless of member category (i.e., amateur, professional, corporate).

I understand that all AaI&A print sample submissions are a volunteer effort on the part of AaI&A members. Members are encouraged to submit samples for testing but are not obligated to do so. AaI &A staff tests as many samples as time and equipment capacity permits but cannot guarantee that all samples will be tested. Written request (via email, etc.) for sample testing prior to sample submission is required. My written request enables AaI&A to advise me on the testing schedule and to collaborate with me on the sample documentation.

Any personal information I give to AaI&A is to help AAI&A better serve me and remains strictly confidential. AaI&A does not sell or release personal information about its membership. If I submit samples for testing and want recognition for my work, I will notify AaI&A in in the documentation of my submitted samples.

I understand that AaI&A holds copyright to all published test results and other publications. I will abide by the terms of use as stated on the individual documents as they are made available to the public and/or membership.
